In Alezio, between the countryside and the sea, there is a pleasant retreat that dates back to the eighteenth century. It is located in the Salento countryside, close to Gallipoli, the “Città Bella”, the beautiful city. Here the love for biodiversity merges with the taste of tradition. Meo takes care of the estate: the olive trees, oak forest, the vineyard, and Mediterranean essences and most importantly our playful cat.
To reach the estate you must follow a dirt road and once you have crossed our entrance the magic starts. The refuge has a calming environment thanks to the white lime-washed walls and the dry-stone low walls. There are only five bedrooms, that have kept intact their original features, such as stone vaults, niches, and chimneys. To ensure the best rest, the rooms are furnished with refined simplicity: fresh environments, natural fabrics, and restful colours.
